These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AdvanzoSports website and services (the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

AdvanzoSports is a sports marketplace that connects customers with sports clubs and venues. Clubs operate independently. Booking details and day-of service experiences are provided by each club.

You may use the Platform to discover sports venues, view facilities and resources, check availability, request or confirm bookings where available, and manage your customer account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Platform only for lawful purposes related to sports discovery and booking.

AdvanzoSports uses a single global user account per person. Your sign-in credentials secure your account across the Platform.

When you book with a club, a club-specific customer relationship may be created so that the club can manage bookings and customer records for that venue only.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may sign in with password credentials or with supported third-party identity providers (such as Google) where configured.

Bookings are subject to real-time availability and pricing determined by the club’s rates and the Platform’s booking rules.

A booking confirmation (including status such as pending or confirmed) constitutes the contractual scheduling arrangement between you and the relevant club for that session.

AdvanzoSports facilitates discovery and booking workflows; clubs remain responsible for delivering facilities and services.

Payment options depend on what is currently enabled on the Platform and by the club. Online payment collection may not be available for all bookings.

Where a balance is shown as unpaid, you remain responsible for settling charges according to the club’s instructions and local payment practices.

Cancellation rules may vary by club, resource, and booking status. Where cancelation is available in the Platform, follow the booking detail flow in your account.

Clubs may also cancel or reschedule where operationally required (for example facility issues). Contact the club or support if you need help.

Clubs are responsible for the accuracy of facility and resource information, pricing rates they configure, on-site safety and access, and customer service for sessions at their venues.

Clubs must only use customer information associated with their club relationship, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Customers must arrive on time, follow venue rules, and treat facilities, staff, and other players respectfully.

Misuse of the Platform, fraudulent bookings, or abusive behaviour may result in suspension of access.

You must not attempt to disrupt the Platform, scrape data beyond ordinary browser use, reverse engineer systems for improper purposes, or access accounts that do not belong to you.

You must not use the Platform to harass others, publish illegal content, or interfere with clubs’ operations.

The AdvanzoSports name, brand assets, site design, and software remain owned by AdvanzoSports or its licensors. Clubs retain rights in their own marks and content they supply.

You may not use Platform branding without prior written permission.

We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, and third-party outages may affect features.

Booking outcomes may be affected if availability or pricing changes before confirmation is completed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AdvanzoSports is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.

Material changes may be highlighted via the site or email notice where appropriate.
